Splatter

Splatter is a tour de force of kinetic capture. In this freestanding work, Yoni Alter takes a moment of pure, unpredictable energy—the explosive impact of a liquid hitting a surface—and translates it into a permanent, highly polished object of desire.

While his other works explore gravity and flow, Splatter is about liquid defying gravity. It is an organized chaos. The highly reflective surface acts as a mirror, capturing light and reflecting it in all directions through the organic, explosive shapes of the sculpture.

Rendered in stunning stainless steel, the sculpture feels incredibly robust, yet appears as delicate and instantaneous as a drop of water. This is a monumental tabletop piece that brings an instant dynamic focal point to any space.
