Color-Wheel Brain Goes Blob Hopping

Color-Wheel Brain Goes Blob Hopping is a high-octane celebration of how we process the world. In this large-scale mixed media work, Linda Zacks introduces us to a protagonist whose head is an ever-evolving color wheel—a literal "encyclopedia of hues" where every shade represents a specific memory, scent, or fleeting emotion.

The figure doesn't just walk; she hops across a landscape of graffiti-style "blobs," creating a rhythmic sense of movement that feels like urban exploration. Zacks’s signature style—blending the grit of street art with the polish of contemporary abstraction—is on full display here. Every drip, splatter, and saturated circle feels like a thought in motion.

This isn't just a painting; it’s a visual manifestation of optimism and curiosity. It’s for the collector who sees the "amazingness" in the mundane and wants a piece that serves as a constant, vibrant conversation starter.
