Little Kindness

Little Kindness pictures an act rather than an emotion: a larger figure hands a single flower to a smaller one, the whole gesture rendered in the same glowing fluorescent palette that runs through Frank Ape's recent work. The scale difference between the two figures does the argument for Sines: kindness does not require equal footing to matter.

It is the gentlest of the three fluorescent works in this collection, alongside BFF and Better Together, trading the embrace and the symbol for a single small transaction. That restraint is what keeps it from reading as sentimental.

This is a unique painting, the only version of this composition that exists. For a collector who already responded to BFF or Better Together but wants something quieter, Little Kindness is the natural next step.
